Return & Refund Policy

All sales from Great Longevity are final. Due to the specialized nature of our laboratory research chemicals and peptides, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has left our facility.

Our products require strict storage and handling conditions to maintain stability and integrity. Because we cannot verify how materials are stored after shipment, returned items cannot be accepted, restocked, or resold under any circumstances.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that all purchases are final and accept full responsibility for the materials once delivered. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after payment is received, even if the shipment has not yet left our facility.

Defect or Damage Review

The only exception to this policy applies to verified manufacturing defects or confirmed damage in transit. These issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

How to submit a defect or damage request

Submit a claim using the contact form on the Great Longevity website within 72 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the shipping box if transit damage is suspected

Insufficient documentation may result in the request being denied. Great Longevity reserves sole discretion in determining whether a product qualifies as defective or damaged.

If a claim is approved, Great Longevity may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Requests related to improper storage, handling errors, shipping delays, incorrect ordering, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
